LETTER TO FUTURE OWNER

We fell in love with the character and charm of this Four Square Victorian at first sight. Its original architectural elements and spacious rooms have made for a wonderful home. We have enjoyed looking out at the majestic, large oak tree in the front yard from our beautiful bay windows. The wrap around porch is a great place to enjoy the breeze with a tall glass of lemonade or watch a storm build from dry comfort.

This was our first home and it has been a great place to raise two children over the past 14 years. Being within walking distance to parks, playgrounds, schools, and the Midtown Direct train line has been so convenient. The neighborhood has friendly homeowners that look out for each other, be sure to join them each Fall for a block party on Lenox Terrace. We are sad to leave and hope you will enjoy living here as much as we have!

Sincerely,

The current homeowners of 29 Fulton Street
