Dear Future 62 Midland Blvd Homeowners,

Coming from the city, we hadn’t previously thought much about suburban life but instantly fell in love with Maplewood as we walked the quaint streets in search of more space for our growing family.  We explored other nearby towns but kept coming back to Maplewood as we knew we would love life in this small, Dickens village just 30 minutes from the greatest city on earth.  Sadly, we are now leaving Maplewood to move closer to family on the west coast and opening our home to another family to enjoy, build life-long memories and to love as we did.

Our parting thoughts to pass on to the future homeowners…

Love hosting parties and entertaining in a home redesigned to be shared with friends and family.  Love getting to know your neighbors and diverse community – a collection of artists, professionals and genuine friends in a town where everyone knows your name.  Love the walks along tree-lined streets inviting you downtown to discover great restaurants and shops.  Love the amazing Maplewood schools, parks and town pool all within easy walking distance.  Love hosting on holidays and being able to offer a bedroom to your guests when they visit.  Love watching your kids play with their friends without parental interference or “play dates” – just playing in the street as we did when we were kids.  Love the nights spent sitting around the fire pit roasting marshmallows and telling ghost stories.  Love walking with them to school every day and coaching their soccer teams.  Love building Legos together in the living room and playing board games in the basement.  Love cuddling under a blanket in the sunroom for family movie night and tracking their height on the door frame.  Love making snowmen and forts in the front yard and teaching them how to ride bikes in the street.  Love doing art projects in the kitchen and reading to them before bedtime.  Love creating life-long memories in your new home.

Love it all and make this your family’s home, as we did for 10 great years.

Best Wishes,
The Current 62 Midland Blvd Homeowners
